Kim Kardashian may be contemplating covering up as she approaches turning 40, but that doesn’t mean she can’t still wear some seriously sexy looks.

On Wednesday night, the 39-year-old reality star and her husband Kanye West, 42, attended the 2019 WSJ Innovator Awards in NYC to present their longtime friend, designer Riccardo Tisci, with the Fashion Innovator Award.

For the occasion, the pair fittingly dressed in head-to-toe custom pieces by Burberry, the brand for which Tisci currently serves as creative director.

The KKW Beauty founder wore an off-the-shoulder dark denim corset with huge pouf sleeves, faux belt loops at the neckline and boning throughout the torso, along with matching denim pants with built-in navy leather chaps that button down the ankle over matching leather lace-up boots with hourglass heels.

West matched his wife in a dark navy blazer and trousers (similar styles retail for $1,550 and $550, respectively), paired with a slightly lighter navy mock turtleneck top and thick gold chain. But the most notable fashion departure for the “Jesus Is King” rapper was that he swapped out his usual Yeezy sneakers for a pair of black calf-high leather boots.
